Telephone interviewing (CATI)
Our telephone studio is fully equipped for the requirements of CATI interviews. The current capacity of our studio is 35 stations with the possibility of extending it to 45. We use reliable and tested technology based on the NIPO system (which allows, for example, to use already prepared scripts). We are ready to offer you CATI2WEB (WebCATI) interviewing method using your prepared questionnaires. Additionally we use our own interviewing system.
We are equipped with a working space that allows us to audio visually control the execution of the interviews in their full extent. Our interviewers are regularly trained and become specialists in their field. The work of the interviewers is monitored by trained supervisors.
Steps of a project
- Offer/quotation
- Setting up of the project, programming, training of interviewers
- Fieldwork, interviews, screening
- Data punching, data export to all usual formats (SPSS, XLS, ASCII, etc.)
- If required, processing or tabulation
Price and schedule of the project will be informed upon request, and will generally depend on the scope of the sample, length of the questionnaire, type of target group and incidence.
