OpenSurvey, our professional research software

 

OpenSurvey is the professional tool for creating questionnaires that has been developed in a way that is compliant with all demands of research agencies. All used features are fully responsive and therefore appropriate for questioning on whichever type of device. We perceive it as a dynamic tool that needs to keep the pace up with market needs therefore our developers continuously work on its tweaking.

We are constantly enriching the tool by new types of question functions such as inserting files within a question by a respondent. Opensurvey also allows creating of customized questions by means of script insertion.

Inner variables

It is whenever possible to find out a value of whichever answer in questionnaire, possibility of intermediate calculations, dummy variables, import of external respondent values while entering the questionnaire, possibility of interaction with panel values.

There is a possiblity to customize the graphics of particular questionnaire on a template level, pages, questions and even objects.

CAWIBUS

 

CAWIBUS is online interviewed omnibus. It is a research method in which more clients put questions into a one questionnaire in order to share costs.

This pays off especially when you have a short questionnaire with only few questions.

Every client gets in the end results for his part (demographics included) usually within a week.

We run CAWIBUS from every third Monday in a month.

Experience

Czech online panel came to life in 2004, Slovak in 2009. That makes us ones of the most experienced in the field of market research in both countries.

Panel members

We understand our panel as a living organism which evolves constantly. Panel members are getting older therefore it is neccesary to maintein the age distribution with a help of ongoing recrutation. The panel is getting bigger every day. This allows us to keep our clients, who require most diverse needs in terms of sample size and specification, happy.

Recruiting

Panel recruiting is managed by different ways. In order to reach needed diversification of panelists from various internet active groups. We therefore use online and offline channels, direct marketing campaigns and a snow-ball effect.

Structure

Online panel is made of so called active internet users. These are people who use internet daily. This represents „representative general sample of internet users“. This is the part of online panel that with its structure corresponds with Czech internet active users structured by age, gender, region, the size of habitat and education. These are based on offline representative surveys. The other part of the panel is formed by target groups of internet users whose need emerged from requirements of our clients.

Targeting

In case of a specific target group needed it is also possible to filter respondents according to information they filled in their personal questionnaires within the panel. If we do not dispose of those datas, we can either implement screening questions at the beginning of the questionnaire or conduct the pre-research.
