This tool is appropriate for target groups that are difficult to reach out to with a classical focus group (busy people, from different locations, regions or even countries).
As an iFocus output you will get a literal text record of the discussion within a final report.

The moderator controls the participant discussion according to a predetermined scenario. You can monitor the discussion and also be in direct contact with the moderator.
It is ideal for target groups that are difficult to survey via conventional focus groups (e.g. busy people, from different locales, regions or even countries).
Final reports provide you with a verbatim script of the entire survey performed.

We run one of the largest Czech and Slovak online panels.
Experience
The Czech online panel started in 2004; the Slovakian in 2009. That makes us one of the most experienced firms in the field of market research in both countries.
Panel Members
We think of our panel as a living organism which is constantly evolving. As panel members get older, we recruit new younger members to maintain even age distribution. The panel’s size is increasing daily. Clients who require an extremely diverse cohort in terms of sample size and distribution are very satisfied.
Recruiting
Panel recruitment is done in different ways. To get the desired diverse cohort of panelists, we use both online and offline channels and marketing campaigns and a snowball effect.
Structure
Our online panel is made up of so-called active internet users, i.e. people who use the internet daily. They form a “representative general sample of internet users”. This online panel reflects active Czech internet users based on age, gender, region, size of area of residence and education. These are based upon offline representative surveys. The second part of the panel consists of specific target groups of Internet users, whose need arose from the requirements of sponsors for certain specific types of research.
Targeting
If a specific target group is needed for a survey, it is possible to filter respondents according to information they filled out in their personal questionnaires within the panel. If we don’t have this respondent data, we then can either implement screening questions at the beginning of the questionnaire, or conduct pre-research.
